As well as looking at immediate cost reductions we also spend time focusing on how your supply chain works on a day to day basis. Our comprehensive report looks at the overall cost to purchase and not just the product or service unit cost. This ensures we review areas such as delivery, quality of service and payment terms.

How we work with you


Stage One - Initiate the audit

This stage will involve us meeting with you to define the scope and areas which you feel we can help you with. We will review data and identify suppliers or services to benchmark.
Working with you we will identify the key stakeholders and help to ensure the relevant people are aligned to what we are trying to achieve. We will define what is the current baseline cost on which any savings will be calculated

Stage two – Research

We will conduct the necessary market research, benchmarking and product comparisons to gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of your product and service requirements. We will indentify new potential suppliers and prioritise the saving opportunities.
We already have an extensive knowledge base, however we have no loyalty to any particular supplier, we always work with your best interests in mind. We will always engage with your existing suppliers and only use new suppliers for a comparison benchmark.

Stage Three – Present report to you

At this stage we will prepare and present our findings. Our report will include a full breakdown of savings identified, recommendations of whether a supplier change is necessary and suggested changes to your procurement process.

Stage Four – Implementation

We will work with you to implement any of our recommendations you wish to accept and to ensure the savings are delivered in the shortest possible time.
We will keep you informed throughout the process and agree with you deadlines, we will engage with stakeholders within your business to ensure a smooth transition should a supplier change be needed. We often make significant savings and increase the levels of service without changing supplier.
